Information about the booking process:

You can book the apartments of the pension by e-mail, by phone, on our Facebook page or on the portals of the accommodation agency. (Prices and booking conditions may differ on different channels.)

To confirm a direct reservation, we ask for 30% of the total value of the reservation in advance as a deposit to be transferred or paid to the following account number:

Note: name + exact reservation date.

We will inform you as soon as the reservation has been received.

If the deposit for the reservation is not received by the agreed date, otherwise within 3 calendar days, the reservation is considered invalid.

If you cancel before the 30th day of the arrival date, the reserved time can be changed or requested free of charge.

In case of cancellation within 30 days, the reservation is considered made and we cannot return the reservation.

After the accommodation has been taken over, the full, previously agreed and taken over accommodation must be paid for, even in the event of a possible request for a shorter stay or reduction in staff.

We can accommodate the number of guests specified in the reservation. Z The hotel bill can be paid in cash or by bank transfer for the ordered, reserved nights.

We ask our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance!  eg: European travel insurance.

The owners of the guest house live on site and are available between 8am and 8pm.

We don’t have staff, so just contact us. The host is not liable for damage caused by improper use, personal injury or accidents in the guest house area.

The host is not responsible for valuables left in the accommodation.

Only registered guests can stay in our apartments!
